G-PET/A-PET/G-PET Thermoformed trays

1. G-PET (Glycol-Modified Polyethylene Terephthalate) Layer: The G-PET layer is the outermost layer of the thermoformed tray. G-PET is a modified form of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) that offers enhanced clarity, strength, and barrier properties. It provides excellent product visibility and protection against moisture, oxygen, and other external factors.
2. A-PET (Amorphous Polyethylene Terephthalate) Layer: The A-PET layer is the middle layer of the co-extruded film. A-PET is an amorphous and transparent form of PET. It provides additional strength, rigidity, and stability to the thermoformed tray, ensuring that it retains its shape and supports the products placed inside.
3. G-PET (Glycol-Modified Polyethylene Terephthalate) Layer: The G-PET layer is also used as the bottom layer of the thermoformed tray. It provides structural support and stability to the tray, especially when it is placed on surfaces like shelves or displays. The G-PET layer also offers resistance against slippage.
