DMVT GmbH A machine building and plant engineering company Our company emerged from the former commercial arm GS-Systemtechnik where, as the result of several years of development, we produced a completely new wood-to-metal bonding system for assemblies.

During this proving period, we specialised further in the feasibility of evacuating material and then casting in the vacuum thereby meeting technical demands hitherto unfulfilled. From this first purely material processing situation, it was now a logical step to building specialist plant. The enquiries from well-known manufacturers, initially exclusively from the timber industry, then later from other specialist sectors such as automotive, electric, medical and even model making industry, validated the decision to establish DMVT GmbH as a builder of specialised plant. In our company, we have a carefully balanced team of specially trained personnel: machine builders and technicians, designers, electricians, energy and plant electronics engineers (specialisation: PC control for soft and hardware development) as well as an organisational staff for the administrative and commercial aspects. Our machines are not conceived and built for the "production line", but are the result of a close interchange of ideas with our customers for whose special requirements they are designed. Each one of our products is the result of careful research and planning based on the remit and possible problems of our customers. The following elements of technology are the most important prerequisites for the new method of bonding various materials and components and their trouble-free application in practice: * Dosing of fluid media * Mechanical mixing in the most diverse mixing ratios, both dynamically and statically * Vacuum in the field of material degassing and sealing * Technology for the preparation and circulation of resin/hardener systems in different material pressure vessels Our company name is thus derived from these four initial capital letters: D M V T.
