Our headquarters is located close to Paris, France, and we manufacture optical test equipment for material characterization. This includes the determination of both layer thickness and the optical constants. SOPRA is the metrology partner for the R&D market and the semiconductor industry. In addition, high-energy excimer lasers are produced for the re-crystallization of amorphous layers and the electronic activation of dopant atoms. Our product line covers: Spectroscopic Ellipsometers for the deep UV, the visible and the near, mid, and far infrared spectral range used in both the R & D market and production fabs.
